Push-Pull connectors

Highly versatile and durable,push/pull connectors are small and lightweight and are suited

for a variety of military and commercial applications

Push/pull connectors are circular connectors that prioritize quick connection and disconnection. push/pull connectors provide audible and tactile feedback,An audible and sensory click immediately indicates when the two connector halves are securely fastened, providing an important piece of feedback and assurance under high-pressure circumstances.

Push-pull self-locking connector

Schematic Diagram of the Principle of Push-Pull Self-Locking Connector

A self-locking system with simple operation: simply push the plug axially into the socket to lock it in place.

Once locked, the connection will not be disconnected by pulling the cable or any other part, unless the unlocking device is pulled.

When needed, simply pull the unlocking device axially; this will first release the locking pin, and then allow the plug to be pulled out of the socket.

Application Areas

Push-pull self-locking connectors are widely used in medical equipment, communications, and professional audio systems due to their characteristics of quick plugging/unplugging and reliable connection.

Choose the appropriate connector

Why Choose Push-Pull Self-Locking Connectors?

Push-pull self-locking connectors are well-known worldwide for their simple and quick mating and unmating. They offer effective resistance to vibration and shock, and can prevent disconnection caused by cable pulling. They are absolutely safe and reliable in use, and convenient for mating and unmating in extremely limited spaces.

How to Select Products for Different Environments?

For push-pull self-locking connectors,Series B and Series S have an ingress protection (IP) rating of IP50, making them suitable for indoor use.Series K, Series F, and Series C have an ingress protection (IP) rating of IP68, making them suitable for outdoor use and harsh environments.

What environments are different shell materials suitable for?

Brass: Brass shells can meet the requirements of most military or civilian applications. The bright surface of brass shells is uniquely equipped with a nickel-chromium protective layer, which exhibits significant effectiveness in resisting industrial waste, salt spray, and most corrosive agents.

Aluminum Alloy: Connectors with aluminum alloy shells are suitable for use in industries such as aviation, aerospace, and handheld mobile devices. In addition to high mechanical strength and excellent corrosion resistance, their surfaces can be protected through anodizing.

Stainless Steel: Recommended for harsh environments where surface coatings are easily damaged.
Nuclear industry: Choose AISI 304 for radiation and nitric acid corrosion resistance.
Medical & marine industries: Use AISI 316L, which needs no surface treatment and has strong corrosion resistance.
